THE LION CITY- SINGAPORE

After having held a regional event on November 2010 on Batam Island, we were a group of organizers and participants who had already coordinated with PT. Inti Perdana Angkasa about 45 peoples planned to cross into Singapore. The distance between Batam Island in Indonesia and neighboring countries Singapore is only 45 minutess if taken by speedboat. Friday morning around 08:00 a.m we headed to the port Harbour Bay in Batam by The Ship Westmaster 9. Upon arrival in Singapore we were picked up by bus and tour guide Mr. Kevin attend "One Day Tour".
I would have to prepare carefully before departure, so I planned to separate themselves after the one day tour ends... Of course, I had to book online 4 star hotel "The Park Hotel Clarke Quay" which is located near the Singapore River Clarke Quey. UtilizingTVIEXPRSS membership free, of course I stayed at the hotel, just enough to pay the hotel tax for 4 days 3 nights.. Wow, I got a good hotel, clean and romantic 4 star scenery on the banks of Singapore River...
After check in at Hotel and putting aa the suitcase, I rejoined the entourage around Singapore that magnitude no larger than Jakarta.. Not forget to stop at Raffless Hall, Chinatown, take some pictures at the statue of the Lion Marlion Park at Marina Bay that became icons of the country designed by Mr. Fraser Brunner, a member of the souvenir committee and curator of the Van Kleff Aquarium, the lion head represents the lion is seen by Prince, then to Mustofa Centre to bought some parfumes and chocolates, and travelled to the "shopping paradise" in Orchad Road and finally to Sentosa Island to saw the "Song of The Sea Show". It tells the story of a young man named Li melodious voice. Together with his friends, they sing in an effort to awaken Princess Ami is hit by the curse. Her performance supported by high technology presents a game of water, the effect of laser light and fireworks as well as the Water Fountain in Akshkardam Temple India. Finished the show, with a cable car ride, adventure one day tour finished and witha groups that night directly back to Batam via the port. I was alone back to enjoyed a weekend at The Park Hotel Clarke Quay".
The next day, has noot been satisfied dhopping at The Lucky Plaza, Orchad Road.. after completed my breakfast, soon I spent my time ther.. all day until it gots alls the souvenirs that I was looked for... At the evening, I spent sitting on the banks of Singapore River..while peoples around me ask to taken photos.. I met a handsome youm man from India name Abhisek Lahiri... because of I had also to New Delhi, India, the conversation that my week night ro matches and finally we were not alone to added new friend.... thanks alot..
Sinday morning, I had an appointment with my cousin"s nephew who continue studies at nanyang technological University of Master's, we wnt to Bugis Junction, where many electronics store there... I bought an external hard disk that the cost less half than in Indonesia... after that went back to the Lucky Plaza got a luch in "Chicken Penyet"...Finally, by the subway train, I continued to ride around by boat along the Clark Quey River. Walk away while looked at various clothes made me felt not alone, many Indonesian peoples who sold ethnic goods ther.. Arrived at the hotel eventually sleept, packed my luggages and ready to back to Batam and continued the journey to Jakarta on Monday evening... bye Lion City (modesia)
